How Netskope turned partner enablement into $1.4m+ in net-new pipeline
Updated: Sep 16
Across three strategic partners in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, Caydo helped Netskope turn partner enablement into more deal registrations, stronger partner alignment and more than $1.4m in entirely net-new pipeline within six weeks.
The original program also influenced one of a partner’s largest Netskope deals to date.
Challenge
Netskope wanted to invest further in selected partners that had shown strong commitment in market and had the capability to do more.
The goal was simple: increase deal registrations and create deeper strategic alignment with key partners.
The challenge wasn’t product knowledge.
Like many MSPs, the partners were balancing multiple vendors, multiple messages and competing priorities. The opportunity was to help them cut through that noise and connect Netskope more meaningfully to the customers, industries and technologies they were already working with.
Outcome
Across the three partners, the program generated more than $1.4m in net-new pipeline within six weeks.
It also helped strengthen the relationship between Netskope and its partners, gave partner sales teams clearer direction on who to target and how to position Netskope, and influenced one of the largest Netskope deals one of the partners had secured to date.
Start with the partner, not the product
Caydo began with a sales audit for each partner.
The aim was to understand:
their ideal client profile
their strongest industry verticals
their current customer base
their existing vendor relationships
how their sales team communicated
where Netskope could fit into live and future opportunities
That meant the enablement could be built around each partner’s commercial reality rather than delivered as generic vendor training.
For one partner with a strong legal-sector presence, for example, the program focused on how Netskope could be positioned into that vertical alongside complementary technologies already familiar to their customers.
Turn vendor messaging into customer conversations
A key opportunity identified through the audits was better use of Netskope’s Better Together story.
Rather than positioning Netskope in isolation, the teams explored how it could align with technologies such as CrowdStrike, Okta and Mimecast - giving partners a clearer way to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
The program helped each partner connect the dots between:
Who they already knew. What those customers already owned.Where Netskope could add value next.
From there, Caydo worked with the teams to build messaging, talk tracks, outreach structures and account approaches aligned to their specific industries and target customers.
“Caydo has helped NETSKOPE APAC successfully enable and train our key partners. They understand our technology and know how to translate it into effective sales communication that supports our partners. Engaging with Caydo had a positive impact on our SDRs, Partner Team, and partners. I’d recommend their services to anyone in the industry looking to improve sales efforts and go-to-market strategies.” — Tony Burnside
Enablement that creates action
The program combined:
Sales audit → in-person enablement → remote blitz → accountability → deal registration review
Training was delivered in person across Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, with each session tailored to the individual partner.
The work didn’t stop when the training ended.
Caydo then ran follow-up blitz sessions, tracked activity and checked in with each partner to review what had been actioned and what had progressed into deal registrations and pipeline.
That accountability helped turn strategy into commercial activity.
Stronger partner alignment
The impact went beyond pipeline.
Partners became more confident in how to position Netskope, more focused on the right accounts and more strategically aligned with Netskope’s messaging and wider technology ecosystem.
For Netskope, the program also created stronger cohesion with the partners it had chosen to invest in.
The investment felt relevant because it was built around the partner’s business - not just around the vendor’s product.

Our partner enablement philosophy
We don’t train partners to repeat the vendor story.
We help them turn the vendor story into customer conversations, opportunities and deal registrations.
